Many thanks to Just Cat Flaps for a quick response and replacement cat flap in my cat's hour of need when her old front door stopped working! The new one, Sure Flap, was installed in no time at her home in Hastings. Owner and cat very happy once again.

A Sureflap was fitted in October 2026 in Reigate, Surrey. It was fitted through a thick wall and therefore needed plastic tunnelling between the inside and outside fittings. The whole process, from ordering to installation, was faultless. Communications were good, and the fitter carried out the work very neatly and efficiently and was pleasant to deal with. Not cheap, but highly recommended.

Can’t recommend this business enough. From initial contact to installation, took less than 2 weeks. Was given a quote promptly from pictures/videos which I thought was fab in comparison to other businesses I had enquired with for the same job. Tom was really professional and friendly. He got to work quickly despite the heat, and did a fantastic job of replacing an old existing falling apart dog flap off the conservatory and blocked it with uPVC and recut hole for the cat flap. He finished it well and it looks smart. £179 for complete installation which I thought was very reasonable. Overall really happy with it, Simba (fur child) less so 😂 but I’m sure he’ll get used to it. Thanks again!

Ben was brilliant, fitting us in really quickly after our old sureflap unit failed after over ten years reliable use. Very professional, tidy and easy to have in the house. Our cat was even able to reprogram the new unit with his chip details whilst still reclining on the sofa! Couldn’t have been a smoother installation process. 5stars!

Excellent communication and information from Ben during the enquiry phase. We decided to locate our new cat flap in the wall at the front of the house. When Tom arrived to carry out the installation, he was friendly, efficient and considering he had to drill a big hole into the cavity wall, he also proved himself to be the most clean and tidy tradesman who has ever worked in my home. Very impressed! Would use Just Cat Flaps again with no hesitation and will heartily recommend to anyone who needs this service.

Lovely group of people, efficient considerate and incredibly simple to get the cat flap installed. Ben offers an incredible cat flap installation service! His quote was very reasonable considering that installing a cat flap in sliding patio doors is not a cheap option, and he also price matched another company. I went with Just Cat Flaps as this is what they specialise in, and Ben the business owner and Tom my installer were polite and professional throughout. The installation was speedy, Ben came round to measure up as new glass needs to be ordered, and the holes are made at the factory. Tom then installed the new glazing 10 days later. That is a fast service! Tom was kind enough to help me carry the old glazing (27kg) up a flight of stairs to store it, as we are renters and will need to put the old panel back when we leave. This is a top notch service and I wholeheartedly recommend Ben, Tom and Just Cat Flaps. 11 out of 10!!

Customer focused and Cat loving – Ben on the planning was very attentive and got us booked in very quickly. Was open to questions and gave lots of options to cater for all cats needs. Tom came to install, very friendly gentleman and amongst the chaos of us having a newborn screaming the house down, was able to get our cat programmed and the cat flap functioning correctly. Great team and would highly recommend.

Ben did a fantastic job fitting our cat flap. He was extremely professional, clean, and tidy, and clearly takes pride in his work. The installation was done to a very high standard, and our cat absolutely loves it! Communication beforehand was excellent too — everything was clear, smooth, and stress-free from start to finish. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ben to anyone needing a cat flap fitted.

Great experience from initial enquiry to fitting. I had 4 quotes getting a pet door fitted to a very narrow side panel of glass. The communication from Ben explaining the procedure and sending photos was great and their quote came out the cheapest. They accommodated coming out measuring and fitting on Saturdays. The whole process was extremely smooth and I was kept informed throughout. Tom did a great job fitting the pet door and even installed some new batteries as the ones I had were dying and I had forgotten to leave the new ones out for him to use. Thank you Tom and Ben. Now Roxy cat can protect her garden again from intruders!!

Fantastic experience of having a cat flap installed into our glass conservatory door (something we didn't think possible), complete with new glass. The whole process, from initial enquiry, to installation, was faultless, with brilliant communication throughout, friendly advice and competitive pricing. 3 very happy cats here – hopefully this will stop the crazy ginger from feeling the need to lurch himself out of the first floor bedroom window again! (thankfully he landed on his feet, unharmed!). Thankyou Just Cat Flaps Ltd, we would happily recommend you to anyone.

We were wondering if we could fit a cat flap ourselves to the door panel that had a moulding on it. I'm so glad that I came across this firm by accident while I was on Google maps. A perfect solution! Tom (a smashing chap) came on time & did an excellent job of removing the fancy door panel, replacing it with a plain one & fitting the cat flap. No mess to clean up afterwards. Well worth £139. Our problem solved and we are extremely happy 😁

couldn’t be happier with our new cat flap! From start to finish, the whole experience was fantastic. Ben, who organised everything, was incredibly patient and took the time to advise us on the best cat flap for our needs — his knowledge and friendly approach made the whole process so easy. The engineer who came to do the installation was just as impressive — so helpful, professional and clearly very experienced. The fitting was done perfectly, with no mess at all, and they made sure we were happy with everything before they left. Our cat is now loving their new freedom and we’re so glad we chose this company. Highly recommended — thank you so much for such great service!

Ben and his brother were great ! They quickly gave me a competitive quote for fitting a sureflap cat flap into my back door and were able to come the next day ! , they replaced the existing metal panel with a reinforced upvc panel that they cut to fit the cat flap. They were very knowledgeable about the cat flap products and what needed to happen during the install. The install itself was fast and mess free. I was given a run down on how the cat flap worked and how it connects to the phone app. It took half a day for my cats to get used to their new door and now a few days on they are zooming through.

I needed to replace my existing cat flap as not only was it letting in other cats it also blew open in the wind and let in the rain. Having seen a recommendation online for Just Cat Flaps I called Ben for a quote for one that worked with my cat's microchip. Late. Waited for Tom for half an hour and hadn't heard anything. Ben did pick up the phone and told me when Tom would arrive. He was just measuring at another house 20-30 minutes away which seemed a bit unfair at our appointment time. He would be an hour and a quarter after the time we'd been told and it did impact our day. Thank you to the team for fitting our Microchip Cat door. The chap who fitted it was excellent, did a great job replacing the panel with uPVC and even saved the glass for when we move out! These are the pros. Thank you for a great job! 👍🏼👍🏼

Happy with my new cat flap install, a direct replacement for the one my cats broke. Unfortunately at the first appointment the fitter didn't have the correct model, partly down to me as I referenced the one on the website which looked similar, but also no check was made on a subsequent call to book the appointment. I then had to wait a week, much to my cats disdain as they couldn't come and go as they pleased, but I did get a Saturday appointment. The new cat flap was successfully replaced and my cats (and I) are happy once more. I would definitely recommend this friendly, experienced firm.

Couldn't be happier with the service we received from this company and specifically Ben, who we feel has gone above and beyond. The quality of the work, cat flap and new glass can't be faulted, the communication was fast, helpful and polite, and even when we made a mistake and forgot to ask if we could retain the original glass, Ben offered to bring the glass back when he's next in the area and cancelled the £10 fee for glass disposal. How often do you get service like that these days?! I would recommend this company to anyone looking to get a new cat flap fitted either in a glass door/window or through a wall, they really are a good company to work with!

When I first emailed Just Cat Flaps, I was impressed with the speed with which I received a reply with a quote. It contained details of the options I had and a date when they could come to measure for a UPVC door panel. Tom, who came to measure and then to fit the door panel and cat flap, was very professional and friendly. The standard of the work is excellent. I would thoroughly recommend the company to anyone looking to fit a cat flap.

Tom fitted 2 cat flaps for me, one in my pvc door, the other through my wall, neatly lined up and hidden away in my shoe storage cabinet. Both exactly what I was hoping for, the cats and I are so happy!! Communication was great, timekeeping great, any mess kept contained and all tidied and taken away afterwards. Full stars highly recommend! And all much much cheaper than some other quotes I received. Thank you so much 😊

We found Just Cat Flaps to be an excellent company at every stage of the process. Ben provided solid, knowledgeable advice based on long experience of fitting cat flaps in composite doors, the appointment was prompt, communication was great and Tom turned up exactly on time to do a really first class, conscientious job for us. Every speck of dust was cleared up afterwards by Tom and the neatness and quality of his filling around the installation was the best I’ve ever seen. He was also a pleasure to talk to. The price was highly competitive and extremely fair. One of the best businesses I’ve ever come across and I would recommend them unreservedly. A big thank you Tom and Ben!

Secondly Ben came to fit the cat flap on my glass french door, he was polite, courtesy of taking his shoes off, and helped set up the microchip on the cat flap. He called to see if he could come earlier which was fantastic and the job was done in 30 minutes. Thirdly the cost was by far the cheapest i found. I would highly recommend Just Cat Flap Ltd.

Enquired on the website and Ben soon sent us a quote and answered any questions. We needed a new uPVC door panel as well as a cat flap. (original door has moulding which wasn’t ideal for fitting) Even with a replacement panel, the price was better than other quotes I received. Ben’s fitting itself was fast, professional and looks great. New panel goes perfectly in the door as well. Highly recommend.

100% recommend Just Cat Flaps! Ben was super helpful from start to finish, fast response to my quote request and quickly came out to measure. Having both flaps fitted the same day, Ben gave me a discount which meant it was the cheapest quote I had obtained. Within 2.5 weeks, Tom came to fit the cat flap and dog flap on the same day the supplier had the glass ready. Really beautiful professional job. So pleased that both the cat and the dog are regularly using the flaps, saving my heating bill, and preventing visiting cats getting in! Thanks guys!!

This is a brilliant company. First class service from start to finish. We needed a catflap installed in a conservatory door and another fitted on an existing hole in glass. The whole process was professional, fast and straightforward with excellent communication. Prices were better than going with a glazing company. Tom (fitter) turned up on time calling ahead before he arrived. Work was completed quickly to an excellent standard. If you need a catflap fitted, use this company. 100% recommend.

I got quotes from multiple companies before going with Just Cat Flaps. They all came in at a near identical price but none were as responsive and easy to chat to as the team at JCF. Communication was good throughout and the fitting was very thorough. Tom clearly takes a lot of pride in his work, which was important as I had a new pane of double glazed glass fitted to accommodate the cat flap. A really friendly and professional team.

He responded really quickly to my enquiries, and sent through pictures so I could get an idea as to what it would look like in my patio side window pane.
