Happy with my new cat flap install, a direct replacement for the one my cats broke. Unfortunately at the first appointment the fitter didn’t have the correct model, partly down to me as I referenced the one on the website which looked similar, but also no check was made on a subsequent call to book the appointment. I then had to wait a week, much to my cats disdain as they couldn’t come and go as they pleased, but I did get a Saturday appointment. The new cat flap was successfully replaced and my cats (and I) are happy once more.I would definitely recommend this friendly, experienced firm.

Couldn’t be happier with the service we received from this company and specifically Ben, who we feel has gone above and beyond. The quality of the work, cat flap and new glass can’t be faulted, the communication was fast, helpful and polite, and even when we made a mistake and forgot to ask if we could retain the original glass, Ben offered to bring the glass back when he’s next in the area and cancelled the £10 fee for glass disposal. How often do you get service like that these days?! Tom fitted 2 cat flaps for me, one in my pvc door, the other through my wall, neatly lined up and hidden away in my shoe storage cabinet. Just had our cat flap fitted. Firstly the lady I spoke to who booked us in for measurements was super helpful and super polite. Secondly Ben came to fit the cat flap on my glass french door, he was polite, courtesy of taking his shoes off, and helped set up the microchip on the cat flap. He called to see if he could come earlier which was fantastic and the job was done in 30 minutes. Thirdly the cost was by far the cheapest i found. I would highly recommend Just Cat Flap Ltd.

Enquired on the website and Ben soon sent us a quote and answered any questions. We needed a new uPVC door panel as well as a cat flap. (original door has moulding which wasn’t ideal for fitting) Even with a replacement panel, the price was better than other quotes I received.Ben’s fitting itself was fast, professional and looks great. New panel goes perfectly in the door as well. Highly recommend.

Absolutely fabulous, I initially shopped around for a few quotes and found Ben was by far the most helpful, responsive and competitive. I wanted a cat flap installed into a tricky sidelight that was quite small and needed a lot of adjusting to make it work but Ben accommodated my request happily. Tom who came to actually install the cat flap was fabulous super polite and easy going. Cannot recommend enough from coming to measure to install was less than two weeks and it looks great. I am very happy with the installation of a clear cat flap into bi-fold doors. This required replacement of the whole glass panel which I knew wouldn’t come cheap but was my only option. Ben provided clear information about the different types of cat flap and I found the whole service very efficient.
I got quotes from multiple companies before going with Just Cat Flaps. They all came in at a near identical price but none were as responsive and easy to chat to as the team at JCF. Communication was good throughout and the fitting was very thorough. After contacting other companies with twice the price and no answers. I contacted Ben, who could book me for next day in the morning to change my regular cat flap for a microchipped one. Ben was quick, professional and did an amazing job. I would recommend tho anyone.

We were in desperate need of a cat flap as we had bought 2 cats already.
