Ben offers an incredible cat flap installation service! His quote was very reasonable considering that installing a cat flap in sliding patio doors is not a cheap option, and he also price matched another company.
I went with Just Cat Flaps as this is what they specialise in, and Ben the business owner and Tom my installer were polite and professional throughout.
The installation was speedy, Ben came round to measure up as new glass needs to be ordered, and the holes are made at the factory. Tom then installed the new glazing 10 days later. That is a fast service!
Tom was kind enough to help me carry the old glazing (27kg) up a flight of stairs to store it, as we are renters and will need to put the old panel back when we leave.

I had 4 quotes getting a pet door fitted to a very narrow side panel of glass. The communication from Ben explaining the procedure and sending photos was great and their quote came out the cheapest. They accommodated coming out measuring and fitting on Saturdays. The whole process was extremely smooth and I was kept informed throughout. Tom did a great job fitting the pet door and even installed some new batteries as the ones I had were dying and I had forgotten to leave the new ones out for him to use. Thank you Tom and Ben. Now Roxy cat can protect her garden again from intruders!!

Fantastic experience of having a cat flap installed into our glass conservatory door (something we didn’t think possible), complete with new glass. Ben and his brother were great ! They quickly gave me a competitive quote for fitting a sureflap cat flap into my back door and were able to come the next day ! , they replaced the existing metal panel with a reinforced upvc panel that they cut to fit the cat flap. They were very knowledgeable about the cat flap products and what needed to happen during the install. The install itself was fast and mess free. I was given a run down on how the cat flap worked and how it connects to the phone app. It took half a day for my cats to get used to their new door and now a few days on they are zooming through.

We all love our new clear catflap! Especially our mad fluffy cat Luna who took just an hour to learn how to use it. I needed to replace my existing cat flap as not only was it letting in other cats it also blew open in the wind and let in the rain. Having seen a recommendation online for Just Cat Flaps I called Ben for a quote for one that worked with my cat’s microchip. The whole process was very easy, I sent photos of the existing set-up, and got a clear and concise quote back with recommendations for a suitable new cat flap. Tom arrived on time. Surveyed the window. We discussed the best type of cat flap for our needs. He was professional, helpful and personable. He returned to install the cat flap 2 weeks later. It was a quick and easy installation. He programmed the cat flap to the cat’s chip (easy to do). The installation took under an hour. The cat happily uses the cat flap. It looks nice. Good price. Late. Waited for Tom for half an hour and hadn’t heard anything. Ben did pick up the phone and told me when Tom would arrive. He was just measuring at another house 20-30 minutes away which seemed a bit unfair at our appointment time. He would be an hour and a quarter after the time we’d been told and it did impact our day. Prior to that, the communication had been good. It was easy to get a quote and get booked in. We had the cat flap fitted through the wall and Tom has done it well.

Happy with my new cat flap install, a direct replacement for the one my cats broke. Unfortunately at the first appointment the fitter didn’t have the correct model, partly down to me as I referenced the one on the website which looked similar, but also no check was made on a subsequent call to book the appointment. I then had to wait a week, much to my cats disdain as they couldn’t come and go as they pleased, but I did get a Saturday appointment. The new cat flap was successfully replaced and my cats (and I) are happy once more.

Couldn’t be happier with the service we received from this company and specifically Ben, who we feel has gone above and beyond. The quality of the work, cat flap and new glass can’t be faulted, the communication was fast, helpful and polite, and even when we made a mistake and forgot to ask if we could retain the original glass, Ben offered to bring the glass back when he’s next in the area and cancelled the £10 fee for glass disposal. Just had our cat flap fitted. Firstly the lady I spoke to who booked us in for measurements was super helpful and super polite. Secondly Ben came to fit the cat flap on my glass french door, he was polite, courtesy of taking his shoes off, and helped set up the microchip on the cat flap. Enquired on the website and Ben soon sent us a quote and answered any questions. We needed a new uPVC door panel as well as a cat flap. (original door has moulding which wasn’t ideal for fitting) Even with a replacement panel, the price was better than other quotes I received.

Absolutely fabulous, I initially shopped around for a few quotes and found Ben was by far the most helpful, responsive and competitive. I wanted a cat flap installed into a tricky sidelight that was quite small and needed a lot of adjusting to make it work but Ben accommodated my request happily. For anyone needing a cat flap fitted I would highly recommend Ben and his brother Tom. Ben has always been super responsive on email and easy to deal with. Tom came to do a site visit and then fitted our cat flap a few weeks later. Lovely guy, who got the job done without any worry and didn’t leave a spec of dust! I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Great service from start to finish. I messaged the company and got a reply within a couple of hours from Ben, advising me of the prices. A date was set for him to come and measure up my door, the glass was ordered and it was installed within 2 weeks. Excellent service, and I would have no hesitation in recommending Ben for any glass replacement, repairs or cat flap installations that you might need.

Ben and Tom did a fantastic job fitting our cat flap in through a thick wall for us. From the initial enquiries that I made and Ben getting back to me promptly, from his advice when he came round to quote to Tom’s neat and tidy installation on the day. He was such a fast and tidy worker!

Ben at Just Cat Flaps was fantastic. He was really quick to respond to my initial enquiry email and provided lots of very helpful information and an excellent quote, which compared favourably to several others I obtained. It was easy to find a date to carry out the work and when he came to do the job he was friendly, polite and professional. The work was done to a very high standard and everything was left immaculate. Ben even programmed our microchip cat flap for us, stopping to give the cats some attention! I would highly recommend Just Cat Flaps.

Excellent communication and great service. Plenty of options offered and sound advice about what would be best, without ever pushing the most expensive option. Ben was prompt and had installed my chosen cat flap in a UPVC panel within an hour, replacing the original glass unit. Really pleased with the end result.

Ben did a fantastic job. I was so relieved to find Ben and Just Cat Flaps after a disappointing experience with two other companies who let me down and didn’t really know what they were talking about! Ben was professional and helpful from the start. He phoned me and we discussed my requirements, Ben was able to advise and then book in the cat flap fitting where he did a great job – turned up on time, put the cat flap in the wall and didn’t leave even the tiniest bit of mess.
I really recommend this company and a great pleasure to do business with.

Excellent service from Ben. I wanted to use a genuinely local service rather than a big nationwide company with representatives in our area, and luckily, found Just Cat Flaps. Brilliant service – Ben was prompt and flexible when it came to visiting to measure up the flat and then liaised with our tenants at the property as to a good date to actually fit the flap. Fantastic. We needed a catflap putting in a glazed door. They came and measured up and the replacement panel with the hole for the cat flap was ready in under two weeks. Installed without problems. Polite and tidy throughout.

After contacting other companies with twice the price and no answers. I contacted Ben, who could book me for next day in the morning to change my regular cat flap for a microchipped one. Ben was quick, professional and did an amazing job. I would recommend tho anyone.

Ben did a great job of fitting our new microchip pet flap into our upvc back door. It looks great and works perfectly. We didn’t have to wait long for Ben to come and fit it either. Very reasonably priced – would definitely recommend!

We were in desperate need of a cat flap as we had bought 2 cats already. Ben came out within a week and was knowledgable about the best place to have the cat flap/ new build regulations etc. He worked quickly, professionally and left the place spotless. He was able to take our specific demands into account (putting the cat flap through our wall matching up with our shelving unit). We are very pleased with the service.
