Ben offers an incredible cat flap installation service! His quote was very reasonable considering that installing a cat flap in sliding patio doors is not a cheap option, and he also price matched another company.

I went with Just Cat Flaps as this is what they specialise in, and Ben the business owner and Tom my installer were polite and professional throughout.

The installation was speedy, Ben came round to measure up as new glass needs to be ordered, and the holes are made at the factory. Tom then installed the new glazing 10 days later. That is a fast service!

Tom was kind enough to help me carry the old glazing (27kg) up a flight of stairs to store it, as we are renters and will need to put the old panel back when we leave.

This is a top notch service and I wholeheartedly recommend Ben, Tom and Just Cat Flaps.

Customer focused and Cat loving – Ben on the planning was very attentive and got us booked in very quickly. Was open to questions and gave lots of options to cater for all cats needs.

Great experience from initial enquiry to fitting.
I had 4 quotes getting a pet door fitted to a very narrow side panel of glass. The communication from Ben explaining the procedure and sending photos was great and their quote came out the cheapest. They accommodated coming out measuring and fitting on Saturdays. The whole process was extremely smooth and I was kept informed throughout. Tom did a great job fitting the pet door and even installed some new batteries as the ones I had were dying and I had forgotten to leave the new ones out for him to use. Thank you Tom and Ben. Fantastic experience of having a cat flap installed into our glass conservatory door (something we didn’t think possible), complete with new glass. We were wondering if we could fit a cat flap ourselves to the door panel that had a moulding on it.
I’m so glad that I came across this firm by accident while I was on Google maps. A perfect solution!
Tom (a smashing chap) came on time & did an excellent job of removing the fancy door panel, replacing it with a plain one & fitting the cat flap. No mess to clean up afterwards.

Ben and his brother were great ! They quickly gave me a competitive quote for fitting a sureflap cat flap into my back door and were able to come the next day ! , they replaced the existing metal panel with a reinforced upvc panel that they cut to fit the cat flap. They were very knowledgeable about the cat flap products and what needed to happen during the install. The install itself was fast and mess free. I was given a run down on how the cat flap worked and how it connects to the phone app. It took half a day for my cats to get used to their new door and now a few days on they are zooming through.

I needed to replace my existing cat flap as not only was it letting in other cats it also blew open in the wind and let in the rain. Having seen a recommendation online for Just Cat Flaps I called Ben for a quote for one that worked with my cat’s microchip. Late. Waited for Tom for half an hour and hadn’t heard anything. Ben did pick up the phone and told me when Tom would arrive. He was just measuring at another house 20-30 minutes away which seemed a bit unfair at our appointment time. He would be an hour and a quarter after the time we’d been told and it did impact our day. Prior to that, the communication had been good. It was easy to get a quote and get booked in. We had the cat flap fitted through the wall and Tom has done it well.

Happy with my new cat flap install, a direct replacement for the one my cats broke. Unfortunately at the first appointment the fitter didn’t have the correct model, partly down to me as I referenced the one on the website which looked similar, but also no check was made on a subsequent call to book the appointment. I then had to wait a week, much to my cats disdain as they couldn’t come and go as they pleased, but I did get a Saturday appointment. The new cat flap was successfully replaced and my cats (and I) are happy once more.

I would definitely recommend this friendly, experienced firm.

Couldn’t be happier with the service we received from this company and specifically Ben, who we feel has gone above and beyond. The quality of the work, cat flap and new glass can’t be faulted, the communication was fast, helpful and polite, and even when we made a mistake and forgot to ask if we could retain the original glass, Ben offered to bring the glass back when he’s next in the area and cancelled the £10 fee for glass disposal. How often do you get service like that these days?! I would recommend this company to anyone looking to get a new cat flap fitted either in a glass door/window or through a wall, they really are a good company to work with!

Just had our cat flap fitted. Firstly the lady I spoke to who booked us in for measurements was super helpful and super polite. Secondly Ben came to fit the cat flap on my glass french door, he was polite, courtesy of taking his shoes off, and helped set up the microchip on the cat flap. He called to see if he could come earlier which was fantastic and the job was done in 30 minutes. Thirdly the cost was by far the cheapest i found. I would highly recommend Just Cat Flap Ltd.

Enquired on the website and Ben soon sent us a quote and answered any questions. We needed a new uPVC door panel as well as a cat flap. (original door has moulding which wasn’t ideal for fitting) Even with a replacement panel, the price was better than other quotes I received.

Ben’s fitting itself was fast, professional and looks great. New panel goes perfectly in the door as well. Highly recommend.

Having both flaps fitted the same day, Ben gave me a discount which meant it was the cheapest quote I had obtained. Within 2.5 weeks, Tom came to fit the cat flap and dog flap on the same day the supplier had the glass ready. Really beautiful professional job. This is a brilliant company. First class service from start to finish. We needed a catflap installed in a conservatory door and another fitted on an existing hole in glass. Absolutely fabulous, I initially shopped around for a few quotes and found Ben was by far the most helpful, responsive and competitive. I wanted a cat flap installed into a tricky sidelight that was quite small and needed a lot of adjusting to make it work but Ben accommodated my request happily.
